2018 Summer School programme

Application

Please note that we offer two distinct programmes: Young Global Changers and the Summer School, with different application requirements and conditions. If you are interested in applying for either programme, please use the application form below.


Eligibility for the Young Global Changers programme:

  • Student or young professional with excellent academic achievements
  • Available to attend the Global Solutions Summit in Berlin, 28 – 29 May 2018
  • Special interest in one or several of the overarching agenda topics of the Global Solutions Initiative
  • Developing an idea or working on a specific project that you believe will make an impact
  • Very good command of English

> The deadline for applications is 30 April 2018

 
Eligibility for the Summer School programme:

  • Student or young professional with excellent academic achievements in economic, business, or political or social sciences
  • Proof of volunteer work or extracurricular social projects
  • Free to attend the Global Solutions Summit and the Summer School, 26 – 30 May 2018 
  • Developing an idea or working on a specific project you believe will make an impact
  • Ability to pitch your idea or project to a high-level audience
  • Special interest in one or several of the overarching agenda topics of the Global Solutions Initiative
  • Very good command of English

> Funding: Please note that financial assistance is very limited. We advise you to get in touch with your university or other organizations for funding of travel expenses. Any financial assistance we may give will be announced only after an application has been accepted. Our jury will select Summer School participants by the end of April 2018 and we will contact you shortly after that. Please note that we cannot give further information about financial assistance before the end of the application period.
